Quality is everyone’s responsibility
To achieve those goals, BOUZA DO REI, S.A.T. has established a Quality Management System that aims to comply with the requirements defined by the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
This Quality Policy is revised annually by the Management in order to insure its content aligns with BOUZA DO REI, S.A.T.’s policies and commercial strategies as well as with the needs and expectations of customers and other stakeholders.
This Policy is communicated to and understood by BOUZA DO REI, S.A.T.’s employees and implemented in all areas at BOUZA DO REI, S.A.T.
The Management annually define and disclose appropriately their specific objectives in terms of quality.
This policy has been developed considering the context in which the company operates as well as all stakeholders and interested parties within that context; from the company’s employees to its customers, winemakers and competitors. They are all taken into account for the scenarios considered and the decisions made by the Management, who strive to improve their relationship with each of them.
