Toasted Pomace Brandy


Once the brandy has been distilled, we add caramelised sugar and a touch of coffee to soften and balance” the strength of the brandy, thus obtaining a liqueur that is smoother on the palate, yet maintains the characteristics of the base spirit.

Brandy which floods the mouth with a light sensation of sweet warmth, hints of caramel and an aftertaste of aromas from the variety of grape used in its production, rounded off by a slight taste of roasted coffee.
